As part of a permanent recruitment, our client, a planning and works management office, is looking for its future Site Manager. You will join a dynamic, stable, and experienced team. This new position accompanies the development of the company's activity, a stable and controlled growth.

TCE Site Manager

An architect/engineer ETS, HES, CFC building draftsman training or Engineer's Diploma from a foreign school, supplemented by technical building knowledge
Solid experience in managing Renovation projects
Mastery of IT tools and being comfortable with numbers
A coordinator and organizer spirit as well as a team spirit
Being quality and customer service oriented
Analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
Knowing how to show firmness and having a good negotiation spirit Coordination of works according to the detailed schedule and within the specified deadlines
Local direction of works and site meetings
Coordination and management of subcontractors
Examination of the work before acceptance, acceptance and implementation of the work
Preparation of tenders
Monitoring and updating the planning
Control and maintenance of the execution file and monitoring of modifications
Control of measurements and verification of invoices
Ensuring respect for the quality of works, monitoring and clearing of acceptance reservations until handover to the warranty service
Control of the application of safety obligations on construction sites
