What you can contribute

• Operate, administer and develop PostgreSQL and Oracle databases as well as design, install and configure database systems and ensure their maintenance
• Support development and project teams in database design and SQL optimization as well as participate in architecture and infrastructure projects
• Analyze and optimize database and SQL query performance
• Ensure data availability, security as well as backup and restoration processes
• Perform migrations, upgrades and version changes
• Automate recurring operational tasks using scripts and tools

What makes you unique

• CFC in information technology, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma or a higher vocational education diploma
• Several years of practical experience in the field of databases as well as in the operation of large service platforms
• In-depth knowledge of automation with Ansible, orchestration, as well as performance analysis and optimization
• Mastery of security topics such as system hardening and CIS compliance
• Ease in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Active knowledge of two official languages
