Head of Partner Coaching / Team Leader Technical Consulting (m/f/d)

Do you inspire people for technology and know how to motivate and develop a team? As Head of Partner Coaching, you will take over the leadership of our partner coach team in Switzerland. Together, you will support our partners in implementing successful projects with intelligent building automation.

Your tasks

• You lead our partner coach team professionally and personally and ensure clear goals, priorities, and good cooperation.
• You coach and motivate your employees, recognize their strengths, and support them specifically in their development.
• You organize day-to-day business and ensure competent, reliable, and solution-oriented support for our partners.
• Together with your team, you support our partners with questions regarding planning, installation, configuration, and sales of Loxone solutions.
• You build long-term partner relationships and recognize opportunities to advance our partners technically and commercially.
• You take responsibility for demanding technical questions and challenging customer situations.
• You further develop processes and consulting quality and work closely with sales, marketing, and the technical specialist departments.

Requirements

• A technical education, ideally in electrical engineering, building automation, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the leadership and development of a team, preferably in technical consulting, support, or sales.
• An extroverted, sociable personality: You actively approach people, communicate openly, and can inspire others.
• A motivating leadership personality: You provide orientation, listen, convey constructive feedback, and promote personal responsibility.
• Technical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment in developing suitable solutions together with partners.
• Organizational strength, decision-making ability, and a confident manner in demanding situations.
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
• Loxone knowledge is a plus. What is decisive is your willingness to work intensively on our technology.
