To complement our mechanical manufacturing, we are looking for, by arrangement, a CNC Miller (m/f) in 2-shift service Your tasks Ensuring the timely processing of all production orders on the milling machines Independent definition of the manufacturing processes and determination of the necessary tools and fixtures Programming the CNC milling machines (directly at the machine) based on workshop drawings, technical data, and instructions Setting up and operating the CNC milling machines including material provision and post-processing as well as forwarding the products Performing the self-inspection function for the manufactured workpieces Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of the milling machines Managing CNC programs, setup, and tool data sheets Documenting initial orders and prototypes Participating in the continuous improvement process (KVP) What you bring Basic training as a polymechanic (m/f) Experience in handling CNC-controlled 4- and 5-axis milling machines (incl. CNC programming) Familiarity with the milling machines DMU 100 monoBLOCK®, Makino DA300, and Reiden RX10 is an advantage Several years of professional experience in the mechanical engineering environment (mechanics) Very good technical understanding Excellent spatial imagination Team-oriented thinking Good German language skills Flexibility regarding working hours → 2-shift service We offer A versatile and interesting workplace where you can proactively contribute your expertise.
