Compliance Officer (w/m/d) The Legal Service & Compliance department at the headquarters of Luzerner Kantonalbank is responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and supports the bank in ensuring legally compliant and ethical actions. Compliance Officer (w/m/d) Your job at a glance What you achieve with us You participate in the monitoring and compliance of legal and regulatory requirements, and the management of risks such as money laundering or conflicts of interest You ensure transparent reporting to the authorities and support the implementation of regulatory changes You perform tasks of the central Compliance function and advise line managers and employees on compliance with relevant external and internal standards You undertake tasks in the areas of VSB/anti-money laundering, codes of conduct, market abuse, conflicts of interest, data protection, ICT, as well as cross-border and international taxes You follow relevant domestic and foreign legal developments and ensure their implementation within the bank You perform monitoring and control tasks You develop and conduct internal compliance training What you bring with you University degree in law (lic. iur / MLaw), bar admission (advantageous) or training in Compliance Management Several years of professional experience as a Compliance Officer at a bank Good analytical thinking skills and enjoyment of generalist activities in a universal bank Thinking and acting with a strong customer orientation as well as pragmatic and solution-oriented Confident in oral and written expression Polished and eloquent appearance High credibility and loyalty as well as a strong sense of responsibility Your advantages with us More time for yourself With us, cantonal and regional holidays are paid.
