What you bring with you

• A completed, recognized specialist training in the social pedagogical, pedagogical or care area according to operational functional requirements; for expanded professional leadership responsibility, preferably training at HF/FH level or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial leadership experience or a proven suitability for leadership tasks.
• A PA training is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience with children and adolescents with complex support needs as well as high organizational, communication, conflict and decision-making skills.
• Driver's license.
