Area of responsibility

• You take over the independent and value-oriented leadership of an area in electrical engineering.
• You continuously develop organization, processes and employees, derive area-related goals and ensure operational safety, quality, and economic efficiency.
• You bear the responsibility for the systems developed and created in your area and their safe operation.
• You are responsible for compliance with economic, investment and personnel plans and develop sustainable strategies for system development.
• You lead your area disciplinarily, ensure motivation, performance and health and focus on targeted personnel development.

Requirement profile

• You have a degree as an Electrical Engineer FH/ETH
• You have several years of experience in team leadership or as a project manager.
• If you have further training in business administration, this is an advantage.
• You are characterized by an independent, reliable and resilient way of working and communicative skill as well as teamwork skills.
