Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-loving Fitness Club Manager (m/f/d) for our club in Altdorf at 100%. As a Gym Manager at PureGym, you play a key role in the management and development of your club. You are not only responsible for tasks such as personnel management and budget administration, but you also play a decisive role in improving performance and optimizing the member experience in your club. Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities: • You implement a proactive leadership approach to create a high-performing and highly engaged culture in your club and you serve as a role model for your team • You aim for the highest standards in your club, you ensure that quality objectives and guidelines regarding cleanliness, safety, and health are respected, and you perform regular checks • You welcome and accompany our members in a friendly manner and you spread the PureGym spirit throughout • You ensure optimal team coverage in the club and you coordinate your team's schedules • You are responsible for personnel recruitment as well as the integration, training, and development of your team • You analyze reports, data, and market trends, you define strategies taking the budget into account to reach your objectives and improve your club's performance • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in the planning and introduction of new class programs What you should ideally bring: • You have completed training or studies in the field of sport and fitness • Your qualification is recognized by Qualitop Suisse • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position • You have a very good command of German (at least B2), English, and any other language is a plus • You have a sense for numbers and analytical thinking • Ideally, you already have management experience • You are flexible in terms of hours, including evening and weekend shifts • You have a great sense of responsibility as well as an autonomous and proactive way of working • You enjoy contact with people and have a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales What we offer you: • We offer you the responsibility of your own fitness club • We offer a free membership to the fitness center for you and one other person of your choice • We grant 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional personal day • We offer good development prospects within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the sector and offer other performance-based compensation • We offer exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
