We are a specialized personnel service provider that has been recruiting tailor-made employees for our customers from all over Northwest Switzerland since 2008. For our customer in the Limmattal region, we are looking for a:

Logistics Clerk / Dispatch (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

• Administrative and organizational support for dispatch in day-to-day business
• Recording, processing and monitoring of transport orders
• Creation and control of transport documents such as delivery notes, CMR and waste consignment notes
• Support in the coordination of national and international transports
• Communication with customers, suppliers, drivers and internal departments
• Maintenance and updating of order and transport data in the system
• Support with customs formalities and administrative processes
• Control of transport invoices and processing of complaints
• General administrative activities in the area of logistics and dispatch

Your profile

• Completed commercial or logistical basic training
• Initial professional experience in clerical work, logistics or dispatch is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and confident handling of administrative systems
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Interest in the recycling industry and in logistical processes
