In order to guarantee the smooth running of our surgical activities, we are looking for an Operating room equipment management assistant. At the heart of a demanding and collaborative environment, you will contribute to the availability, traceability, and compliance of the equipment indispensable to the safety of interventions and the quality of care for our patient·es. What will you be required to do? Prepare and check equipment, instruments, implants, and medical devices according to the surgical program Control the compliance of deliveries by ensuring the traceability of equipment according to current procedures and store sterilized equipment Verify the availability of instruments, implants, and medical devices on loan necessary for the interventions of the daily surgical program (incoming and outgoing flow of medical devices) Collaborate in the organization of the equipment flow and contribute to the optimization of equipment circuits and stock management Apply hygiene, safety, and risk prevention rules Participate in stock management and inventories in collaboration with partner services Who will you work with? The Unité de Gestion du Matériel (UGM) is composed of a team of 4 dynamic and committed professional·s. Reactive and solution-oriented, it works daily to ensure efficient management of the equipment, medical devices, and consumables necessary for the smooth running of operating room activities. In this position, you will be supervised by Michela Cappelli, Head of the UGM pole. Available, kind, and respectful, she strongly encourages collaboration and mutual aid. She ensures an environment conducive to the development of teams while involving her actions in a process of continuous improvement and optimization of practices. What do we expect from you?
