Tasks • You are the contact person for customers in all areas • You lead projects in structural design • coordinate and align interdisciplinary projects with design intent • develop technically and economically convincing structural concepts • support the department management in the further development of the engineering team and promote team spirit through a cooperative way of working Profile • You have a completed degree in civil engineering with a specialization in structural engineering. • Ideally, you bring several years of leadership experience in structural engineering as a project manager • You have quick comprehension, high initiative, and a high awareness of quality • You work in a structured manner, act in a goal- and solution-oriented way with a focus on timely project processing
