As part of a new position creation following the development of our activities, we are looking for a Safety, Health and Hygiene Assistant (M/F/D) at 60% Your missions He or she ensures a regular field presence and contributes to the implementation and operational monitoring of the health, safety & hygiene measures defined by the SSH Manager. He or she supports the production, maintenance and infrastructure teams in the daily application of safety rules. This function is distinct from the role of MSST specialist recognized according to the Ordinance on the qualifications of occupational safety specialists, which remains held exclusively by the SSH Manager. Your activities: Conduct regular safety tours in the field and monitor the application of the SSH policy and safety & health points (fire, gas, safety equipment, rescue equipment, PPE), Participate in the development of operational safety documents, in support of the SSH Manager, Work in collaboration with the SSH Manager to reduce site risks, Manage personal protective equipment (allocation, control, renewal, traceability), Update documentation relating to field controls and measures, Report safety points to the SSH Manager and participate in the improvement of statistics for incidents, near-misses and accidents, Analyze field events, propose corrective action plans and ensure their follow-up, Participate in projects and actions related to the SSH sector and the various production sectors, Participate in the organization of evacuation drills for staff, Provide administrative support to the Samaritans group, in support of the SSH Manager, Provide operational support in monitoring access (keys, access control software), Manage work clothes, changing rooms, the infirmary and emergency equipment, Instruct employees on SSH requirements, Plan and coordinate field training (safety quarter-hour, toolbox talks, practical exercises), Communicate the monitoring of field indicators and observations to the SSH Manager, Collaborate with external service providers for operational aspects and report information to the SSH Manager for decision-making. Basic and continuous training Basic training in occupational safety (PERCO STPS or STPS Safety Assistant) Experience of min. 2 to 3 years, ideally in the HSE field Experience with Sipass and Salto access control software is an asset Fire protection safety officer AEAI is an asset First aid/samaritan training is an asset Master MS office tools French native speaker or minimum level C1, all other languages are an asset.
