Field of activity

• Maintenance of supplier and article master data in the ERP system
• Creation and ongoing optimization of purchasing calculations
• Control of ordering processes with regard to quantities and delivery dates
• Coordination of orders and cooperation with suppliers
• Organization of transports and coordination with logistics
• Checking of invoices as well as processing of complaints
• Close cooperation within the Purchasing & Product Management team

Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in purchasing or in dispatching
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical way of thinking
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational strength and enjoyment in coordinating various contact persons
• Very good German skills, Italian skills desired and further language skills an advantage
