Mitarbeiter/in Logendienst (w/m/d)

In this function, you will undertake responsible tasks in day service (work daily during office hours) and make an important contribution to security and order. You ensure that all security regulations as well as internal regulations are consistently complied with. With your professional appearance and your commitment, you will reliably support our team in daily operations.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitoring compliance with our customers' security regulations
• Access controls and guarding
• Electronic reporting
• Patrol services
• De-escalation in conflicts
• Mediation and creation of a sense of security for customers and their guests
• You are characterized by friendly and open communication and show understanding as well as respect for cultural and religious peculiarities.

Your profile:

• Professional experience in logendienst or in a comparable function is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (current criminal record extract must be attached to the application)
• Swiss nationality or valid residence permit (B/C/S)
• Driver's license category B, own vehicle is an advantage

• Assertiveness, teamwork and physical resilience
• High sense of responsibility as well as independent and flexible way of working
• Quick comprehension and technical understanding
• Good appearance, communicative strength and polite manners
