Welcome to the Stapfer Stiftung. In the center of Horgen, the Stapfer Stiftung offers around 70 elderly residents 60 senior-friendly apartments (1.5 to 3.5 rooms). The innovative operating concept was awarded by the Age Stiftung and enables self-determined living and residing even in old age. Depending on individual needs and life situations, our residents can make use of care and support as well as additional services (laundry service, meals, cleaning service). As an important service provider in the healthcare sector, we are characterized by a high orientation toward service as well as an innovative, solution-oriented attitude. Pflegefachperson HF / FH 60% Your area of activity • You ensure professional care and support of the residents • You guarantee correct electronic nursing documentation and nursing processes • You work in direct care and support as the person responsible for the day • You support interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas • You participate in the further development of quality standards in nursing • You engage yourself in training and further education • You implement the concept specifications and company goals • You ensure the flow of information with the various stakeholders What characterizes you • Empathy and sensitivity to the special needs of older people • training as a Dipl.
