To strengthen our «Ident Center» team, we are looking for a Clerk Identification 40 - 100% starting immediately.

In this function, on behalf of our clients, predominantly banks, you will perform the online identification of their customers. This serves the creation of various bank applications such as account openings, credit cards, etc. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving video calls for the online identification of customers in the languages DE, FR and IT (EN is an advantage)
• Verifying the online identifications carried out by team colleagues
• Various administrative tasks

We are looking for goal-oriented and motivated personalities with communication skills and tact. You enjoy working with new communication tools and also bring the following requirements:

• DE: very good oral and written expression
• FR and IT: solid knowledge to conduct customer conversations confidently based on clear specifications
• EN: solid knowledge is an advantage
• Ready for shift work, opening hours Monday to Saturday from 07.00 – 22.00
• High flexibility regarding short-term assignments
• Commercial background
