Vocational-, Study- and Career Advisor 70–80 % from 1. October 2026 or by agreement Your responsibility: You advise and inform adults on matters of vocational-, study- and career planning. Focus on the federal project «Perspecta»: You accompany people in family reunification in a process-oriented manner and support them intensively in education- and labor market integration (including diploma recognition and questions about the compatibility of family and career). You work interdisciplinarily with cantonal partners (e.g. Office for Migration, Integration and Civil Rights, Center for Integration Promotion, RAV). You triage clients to further support services and write recommendations and reports for specialist agencies. You participate in information events and group workshops or lead them independently. You take over Infothek services, including short consultations, and bring your expertise into internal project- and specialist groups. Your background: You have a Master of Advanced Studies in Vocational-, Study- and Career Advice and several years of professional experience in this field. You approach clients empathetically and have pronounced communication skills. Interdisciplinary collaboration with authorities and institutions is a pleasure for you. You work independently and in a structured manner. You are willing to give presentations to groups. The LBZ BL advises and informs young people and adults on all matters of vocational-, school- and study choice as well as career planning and operates a public infothek. The Career Center works with schools, public training- and partner institutions and conducts consultations and courses on behalf of third parties.
