Relief Property Manager Your tasks You support various property management teams during personnel and technical bottlenecks in a department in Zürich You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals/tenant changes You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen and authorities You ensure real estate maintenance according to the management contract You carry out periodic real estate inspections and write condition assessments with corresponding reports You implement lease & rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments You monitor current rent policy and advise homeowners on determining rent structure Your profile You possess a federal diploma (eidg.
