Floor Housekeeper (M/F) - Hôtel de la Cigogne - CDD

AS PART OF A REPLACEMENT FOR A DURATION OF 6 MONTHS STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST 2026, AS A FLOOR HOUSEKEEPER you will: Assign rooms and organize days for the teams; Support and accompany employees in their tasks; Prepare and ensure the follow-up of VIP welcomes; Maintain a good customer relationship and build loyalty; Carry out the follow-up of lost and found items; Ensure that access areas (supplier entrance, staff corridor...) are accessible; Check each room daily; Check the cleanliness and order of the pantries; Check the condition of the furniture and bedding; Report and ensure the follow-up of technical requests; Check public areas as well as staff common areas; Ensure the smooth running of the laundry service; Communicate with receptions; Manage staff telephones; Manage floral orders; Manage material requests with the purchasing manager (amenities, cleaning products, equipment...); Communicate with the pastry shop for the making of mignardises; Perform an inventory twice a year; Education level: Secondary school diploma or equivalent secondary level. Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience Supervision experience: At least 1 year of supervision experience.
