In this context, we are looking for a: Project Manager & Technical Referent French-speaking Switzerland (80-100 %) ## Position based in Lausanne You will hold a true interface function between our clients, our sales teams, our production teams, and the group specialists based in Zurich. You will support our clients in the definition and deployment of technical and digital solutions adapted to their projects and will progressively become our technical reference contact in French-speaking Switzerland. Your responsibilities Intervene alongside our Key Account Managers during client meetings requiring technical expertise and contribute to the definition of the proposed solutions. Analyze client needs, identify suitable solutions, and coordinate their implementation. Take charge of the technical and operational follow-up of projects, from their definition to their deployment. Develop an in-depth mastery of our ordering platforms, collaborative platforms, and digital solutions specifically dedicated to construction projects. Ensure support and guidance for clients in the use of our platforms and digital solutions. Organize and lead user training as well as introductory sessions intended for our clients' project teams. Coordinate projects by relying on the skills of our production teams and the group specialists. Be the technical relay in French-speaking Switzerland for the teams based in Zurich and facilitate the deployment of new solutions. Participate in projects related to the evolution of our equipment, our solutions, and our processes. Your profile Very good mastery of French and good professional mastery of German, necessary to collaborate effectively with our teams based in Zurich. Comfortable with digital tools, digital platforms, and technical environments. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), printing, or visual communication sectors is an asset. Autonomous, pragmatic, and solution- and result-oriented, you like to understand issues, take initiatives, and move projects forward. Excellent interpersonal skills, with real ease in client interactions and working with multidisciplinary teams. Capable of managing several projects and interlocutors simultaneously while maintaining a structured and client-oriented approach. You wish to develop your expertise, progressively broaden your scope of responsibilities, and eventually evolve towards a managerial function.
