Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann 60-100% / Stellvertretende Leitung Pflege und Betreuung Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Execution of treatment nursing activities • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach • Taking over tasks as a reference person • Steering the nursing process • Leading case discussions • Readiness for night shifts • Taking over daytime responsibility, optional: leading nursing employees • Taking over tasks as a theme carrier, professional disciplinary authority Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • Experience as a BESA Tutor or person in charge is desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
