Our client is a successful, owner-managed company in landscape construction with an excellent reputation in the region. The focus is on the planning and realization of exclusive garden facilities for a demanding private clientele. Following the successful handover to the second generation, the company is continuing its growth course and is specifically investing in the expansion of its team.

Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of demanding landscape construction projects
• Precise surveying of construction sites and preparation of project fundamentals
• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of offers
• Organization and scheduling of material, machines, and resources
• Deployment planning and leadership of employees on the construction sites
• Ongoing schedule, quality, and cost control during the entire project execution
• Contact person for clients, architects, as well as external partners and active maintenance of long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring smooth project execution until successful handover

Your profile

• Completed training as Gärtner:in EFZ specializing in garden and landscape construction
• Further training as Gartenbautechniker:in HF or Gärtnermeister:in with eidg. Diplom (or shortly before completion)
• Several years of professional experience in project management or as a foreman/site manager in garden and landscape construction
• Sound knowledge in calculation, construction process planning, and cost control
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications as well as ideally experience with industry software
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Leadership competence, organizational talent, and enjoyment in motivating employees and bringing projects to a successful conclusion
• Strong customer orientation and a confident appearance towards clients, architects, and specialist partners
• Driver's license category B
