Job description

• Accompany the patient in activities of daily living, by supporting their autonomy
• Actively contribute to the patient's therapeutic and life project, taking into account their objectives and their environment
• Observe the evolution of patients and ensure quality handovers
• Guarantee the well-being, safety, and comfort of patients
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, in a global and personalized management

Qualifications
--------------

• Nursing assistant or aide-nurse diploma
• Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is an asset
• Interest in the autonomy and life project of the patient
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Dynamic, reliable, and patient-oriented personality
