Quality Manager in Medical Technology 80-100%

Your challenge

• Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of factory inspections as well as internal and external audits
• Development of process FMEA and test planning during the development phase, in close collaboration with our developers
• Participation in the continuous improvement of our quality management system according to ISO 13485 and in KVP/improvement projects
• Autonomous handling of customer and supplier complaints (KBA/LBA) including their closure
• Performance of root cause analyses as well as coordination of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Assistance during mechanical, thermal, and electrical tests according to IEC 60601-1 (climatic chamber, traction/compression installation, thermocouples, electrical measuring devices)

Your profile

• Basic mechanical or electrotechnical training, completed by continuing education in the field of quality control or quality management
• Experience in a comparable function, ideally in a regulated environment (medical technology or related sector preferred)
• Knowledge of the use of laboratory devices as well as basic knowledge of the IEC 60601-1 standard appreciated
• Efficient, structured, and autonomous working method, great flexibility and pragmatism
• Creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in German orally and in writing - knowledge of English
