Your profile

• Completed training in work or social pedagogy (HF), in social work (FH), or a comparable agogic training
• Initial leadership experience; leadership training is an advantage or you are willing to complete such
• You lead meetings confidently and represent the department in the management team if necessary
• You think entrepreneurially and keep an eye on needs, quality, budget, and staffing plans
• You enjoy supporting people and it is important to you to strengthen them in their autonomy
• An independent way of working, resilience, and teamwork skills are a matter of course for you

Your tasks

• Representing the Head of Work Department in their absence in operational leadership, in team leader and management meetings
• Supporting the Head of Work Department in leading the employees of the ateliers and in working groups
• Contributing to a needs-based service offering (ateliers as well as internal and external workplaces)
• The implementation and further development of the participation concept in the work area
• The ongoing review of the offering regarding needs, impact, quality, and price, as well as the implementation of improvement measures
• Co-responsibility for budget, staffing plan, and service recording, as well as participation in the quality management of the foundation
