Present at the heart of the Commune's most frequented locations, you will contribute directly to their quality, safety, and the reception of users. YOUR MISSIONS * You perform daily rounds and ensure the cleanliness of streets, alleys, squares, quays, underpasses, bus stops, beaches, and other public spaces in the assigned sector. * You ensure the emptying of bins, waste collection, maintenance of sanitary facilities, and the replenishment of dog waste bag dispensers << Bravo-set >>. * You carry out periodic maintenance work, including the scrubbing of public toilets, cleaning of windows and equipment, as well as manual weeding of public spaces. * You ensure the maintenance of the port, the water area, the dikes, the pilings, the moorings, the slopes, the banks, and the communal premises related to port activity. * You monitor the condition of port structures, vessels, and the lake during your working hours, report necessary repairs, and intervene in case of emergency to avoid or limit damage. * You control the occupation of visitor spaces, record license plates, maintain the port register, and transmit information as well as any irregularities to the police secretariat. * You inform users with courtesy and professionalism and manage remarks, complaints, or delicate situations with calm, diplomacy, and firmness. * You quickly report any incident, irregularity, degradation, or need for intervention and collaborate closely with the road maintenance manager, the police secretariat, communal services, and, if necessary, rescue services. YOUR PROFILE * Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or an equivalent training in a technical profession, road maintenance, or green spaces. * Practical experience in the maintenance of public spaces, road maintenance, green spaces, or a comparable field desired. * Good physical condition, manual dexterity, technical understanding, and good knowledge of the vehicles, machines, and equipment necessary for the function. * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, reliability, and the ability to effectively organize rounds and priorities. * Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, neat presentation, and the ability to calmly manage a demanding public as well as delicate or conflicting situations. * Team spirit, sense of public service, and flexibility regarding hours, particularly in case of on-call duties, emergencies, events, or replacements. * Category B driving license, trailer license is an asset. * Boat driving license is a real asset; failing that, willingness to undergo the necessary training to obtain it.
