Registered Nurse HF/FH Long-term Care Rafz 50 - 100%

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will accompany residents in a care and residential center in Rafz with professional competence, warmth, and a sense of responsibility in everyday life. In this position, you will take over nursing care in the day shift, actively participate in shaping the nursing process, and, together with a dedicated team, contribute to a high quality of life and appreciative coexistence. The position is available immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 50 to 100%.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Care and support of the residents during the day shift
• Taking over daily responsibility as well as implementation of the nursing process within the framework of primary nursing
• Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures as well as accompaniment of doctor visits
• Close cooperation with relatives and coordination with other areas within the facility

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of the Swiss German dialect
• Good IT skills, experience with BESA and easyDOK is an advantage
• Readiness to take on responsibility and work professionally within the team
