HR Business Partner

In order to complete its team, the human resources department is looking for an HR Business Partner. Your mission: * Assume the role of partner and interlocutor for all HR questions for the population dedicated to you * Accompany and advise the line and the employees in key HR processes of the employee life cycle * Assume an important role in conflict management, in change management, in employee development and in succession planning * Perform team diagnostics and propose measures with the support of the HR Business Partner Responsible * Ensure and develop management training * Handle cases relating to labor law * Accompany managers within the framework of absence management processes, recruitment, dismissal and in the management of complex cases * Participate in various projects for the HR Management Your profile: * Holder of a Bachelor (university or HES) or training deemed equivalent * Federal diploma of specialist in human resources an asset * Mastery of the French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language * Experience in project management and/or change management, an asset * Knowledge of current legislation (Lpers / Rpers) * Ability to work autonomously, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, towards employees and the team, a sense of responsibility and discretion, a pronounced customer orientation * Dynamic and convincing personality who knows how to take initiatives and assert themselves in difficult situations Start date: 1st November 2026 or to be agreed Information: Annunziata Imperatrice, HR Business Partner Responsable, tel.
