Nursing processes and documentation You plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing processes and carefully record them in Lobos. Crisis intervention You recognize changes in the condition of residents at an early stage and initiate situation-appropriate measures - calmly, competently and de-escalatingly. Medication management You are responsible for the correct administration of medication and weekly medication management according to the doctor's prescription. Social pedagogical support You support residents in structuring their daily lives, promoting social skills and reintegrating into social networks.
