What this position offers you ###

• You lead the teams in the areas of Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Services with professional clarity, genuine interest in people, and the ambition to shape a quality culture that is palpable throughout the entire factory. In doing so, you plan resources proactively, recognize the development potential of your employees, and create the conditions so that they can develop in a targeted manner
• Together with the organization, you develop a system of key figures that effectively controls instead of just documenting. You recognize quality gaps early, actively drive the implementation of the House of Quality, and ensure that decided measures are implemented consistently and effectively
• You actively help shape quality guidelines, systems, and standards and ensure that the factory is audit-ready at all times - not as a reaction to announcements, but as a lived ambition
• You are the central interface between production, engineering, quality management, and suppliers and ensure that testing and manufacturing processes interlock smoothly
• You actively participate in quality-relevant investment decisions and improvement projects. In the event of quality or process risks, you escalate with the necessary discretion and taking overall economic contexts into account

What you bring to the position ###

• You have a university degree in engineering as well as further training in the quality field and bring at least five years of professional experience in quality management and quality assurance
• You lead convincingly and consistently: You set clear goals, provide orientation, and are present - on the shop floor as well as at a strategic level. Quality-oriented thinking is not a control mechanism for you, but an attitude
• You know the management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 from practice and know where quality methods create real added value. You recognize strategically relevant gaps early and address them proactively together with your team
• You think and act across departments. You succeed in positively influencing cross-functional activities and aligning different interests toward a common quality goal
• SAP and MS Office are part of your daily tools. You work confidently with data, evaluate it in a targeted manner, and derive measures from it that have an effect in everyday life
• You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English - precise, clear, and appreciative
