Technical Drafter for Buildings # (m/f/d) freelance/in temporary permanent employment for a project Reinach Start date: immediately Reference number: 885323/1 Tasks ### • Creation and revision of fire protection, fire brigade, and evacuation plans for buildings • Cleaning up and updating building plans taking into account: doors and windows, escape and rescue routes, fire compartments, and fire protection and safety equipment • Drawing in fire detectors and other fire protection-relevant elements • Implementation of applicable regulations and guidelines according to VKF and FKS • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as authorities and fire brigades • Ensuring standard-compliant and precise plan creation • Focus on building and architectural documentation Profile ### • Completed training as a structural drafter, technical drafter structural engineering, Zeichner EFZ specialization • Architecture or comparable qualification • Experience in the creation and processing of building and fire protection plans • Good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations, especially VKF and FKS • Confident use of AutoCAD; knowledge of other CAD programs is an advantage • Technical understanding in the area of building technology and architecture • Independent, precise, and structured way of working Benefits ### • Varied activity in a renowned company • Pleasant working atmosphere
