You will keep our buildings in good condition and ensure that our residents feel comfortable. You will monitor and regulate house technical systems such as heating and fire alarm systems, intervene in case of malfunctions, and carry out minor repairs independently. You will also be responsible for gardening, painting, and general cleaning work, as well as waste management. You will assist with snow removal. To complete your education, you will also complete an external internship.
