Tasks
Framework Development: You further develop and operationalize our company-wide Data Governance framework and define role models, responsibilities, and end-to-end processes
Establishment of Master Data Structures: You build and operate Master Data Management (MDM) structures, including definition of Golden Records, data models, matching/merging logics, as well as integration processes across system boundaries
Governance Support: You support Data Owners and Data Stewards, moderate decision-making and coordination processes, and accompany them through defined governance workflows
Community Building & Standards: You establish an active Data Governance community, coordinate exchange formats, and continuously develop standards, technical procedural models, and best practices
Data Quality & Monitoring: You define data quality rules, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms and integrate these into Data Quality tools, ETL processes, or metadata management solutions
Enablement & Knowledge Building: You conduct workshops, training, and info sessions and strengthen the functional and technical data competence within the company
Strategy, Tools & Optimization: You work on the further development of the data architecture, document data objects and metadata, support the introduction and use of governance tools, and identify optimization and automation potentials

Requirements
Professional Qualification: You have a completed degree with an economic or technical focus and bring several years of experience in Data Governance, Data Strategy, as well as the analysis and optimization of business processes
Technical Understanding: You have a strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and Data Governance tools and possess basic programming skills
Analytical Thinking: You quickly recognize complex relationships, think in networks, and prepare facts clearly and understandably
Agile Methods & Tools: You work confidently with agile and classic project management methods and use Jira, Confluence, and Miro routinely
Communication & Language Competence: You communicate appropriately for the target group, moderate confidently between stakeholders, and have proficient German as well as at least good English skills
