Accounts Payable Team Leader (m/f/d), 80-100%

Your contribution to our team

In this responsible management function, you assume the technical and personal management of our accounts payable team. You coordinate daily operations, establish priorities, and guarantee a high quality of service and processes with your team. You are responsible for the entire supplier process, from invoice processing to payments, including ensuring high data quality.

As a central contact person for internal departments, suppliers, and external partners, you ensure professional and solution-oriented collaboration. Furthermore, you work closely with finance and accounting, support monthly and annual closings, and bring your expertise to complex issues.

A significant part of your role consists of the continuous improvement of accounts payable. You drive optimization and digitalization initiatives, participate in cross-functional projects, and actively contribute to shaping the future of the department with your team.

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training, supplemented by continuing education in finance and accounting or the willingness to develop in this field
• Several years of experience in a management or team leader function with pleasure in supporting, promoting employees, and succeeding together
• Practical knowledge in accounts payable as well as a good understanding of accounting links and processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to set priorities and successfully coordinate different stakeholders
• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of quality requirement and a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in ERP systems and common MS Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as a great interest in digital processes and new technologies
• Confident command of German, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset
