With your appearance, your presence and your empathy, you accompany our guests from arrival to departure. You help to ensure that they feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment.

✅ you organize an unforgettable stay for our guests from the offer to check-out, including the reservation of Spa treatments (TAC)
✅ you are the central point of our hotel at the reception and nothing unsettles you
✅ you love being a host and enjoy a varied and sometimes turbulent everyday working life
✅ processing of inquiries and reservations (Protel & simple booking)
✅ voucher management (e-Guma)
✅ management of the telephone switchboard and processing of emails (Outlook)
✅ various correspondence

➡️ completed training in the hotel industry or commercial training
➡️ very good knowledge of Office 365, protel, simple booking, hotelkit + TAC is an advantage
➡️ native German speaker or very good German skills, good English skills, you understand Swiss German well (many CH guests)
➡️ you are an open and warm personality with quick comprehension
➡️ you can set priorities well, work efficiently and independently
➡️ you are a team player and a good team spirit is important to you
➡️ shifts on weekends and in the evenings until max. 22.00 Uhr are no problem for you (we work without a room curfew)
