Designer / Product Developer (all genders) Mainly you are responsible for the design and development of injection molded articles, injection molding tools and fixtures. Your tasks \- Tool- and plastic-appropriate design of plastic parts \- Development work \- Project support for technical plastic parts \- Design of injection molding tools for our own toolmaking \- Design of fixtures for our own production \- Create manufacturing drawings \- Technical support for the project managers \- Change and repair management Optionally, you are welcome to take on the role as a vocational trainer for design. In this function, you look after our apprentices and accompany them on their way to becoming competent and independent specialists. Your profile \- Basic training as a Konstrukteur EFZ, possibly further training HF/TS (mechanical engineering, plastics technology) \- Good knowledge with several years of experience in the field of injection molding tools \- Proficient CAD experience (preferably NX) \- Confident handling of MS Office applications is required \- English skills desirable \- High quality mindset \- Strong team and communication skills \- Solution-oriented and independent maker personality With us, you have the possibility for home office and the taking of additional holidays.
