We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Accountant – HR Manager (M/F) – 80% to 100% Your mission: Mandated by one of our clients, a renowned company in the Sion region, we are looking for an Accountant – HR Manager between 80% and 100% Your responsibilities: Human Resources \- Comprehensive administrative management of employees (recruitment, HR follow-up and departure) \- Monitoring of absences, holidays and working hours \- Administrative management of accident and illness cases, including procedures with social insurance and monitoring of benefits. Accounting \- Keeping general accounting \- Management of customer invoicing and monitoring of debtors \- Various entries: control and validation of supplier invoices, processing of internal salaries, etc. \- Establishment of VAT declarations \- Participation in monthly and annual closures Your profile: \- Training in accounting/finance and/or human resources (CFC, federal certificate or equivalent) \- Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in an SME \- Mastery of the Crésus software (essential) \- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system \- Good mastery of computer tools (Office 365) \- Excellent writing and spelling \- Sense of organization, rigor and absolute discretion \- Autonomy, priority management and initiative spirit jpida6569f7jm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
