As a Service Advisor, you are the important link between our customers and the workshop. You ensure that service orders are professionally prepared, transparently communicated, and reliably implemented. In doing so, you combine technical know-how with a strong understanding of service and create an all-around convincing experience for our customers.

Service Advisor

Your Field of Activity

• Appointment scheduling
• Management of vehicle reception including direct reception
• Determining the scope of repairs
• Order preparation and appointment coordination between the workshop and customers
• Planning and coordination of work orders
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Invoicing of customer orders
• Active sale of services and Porsche accessories
• Positive influence on customer satisfaction

Your Competencies

• Successfully completed vocational training as an automotive mechanic and further training as a customer service advisor
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a customer service advisor in the automotive industry
• Ideally knowledge of Porsche vehicles
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Good English skills, French skills an advantage
• High teamwork and communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working
