Independent execution of assembly, disassembly, and repair work. Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of door and gate systems as well as coordination of external service partners. Planning and supervision of maintenance work as well as coordination with internal customers and external service providers. Independent processing of customer orders as well as planning and timely implementation of smaller technical measures and projects. Carrying out regular inspection rounds as well as recognizing, documenting, and rectifying minor defects. Organization and management of spare parts and consumables. Experience in technical building maintenance or facility management. Experience in the operation or coordination of maintenance on door, gate, and locking systems is an advantage. Experience in the sanitary sector is an advantage. Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage; appropriate induction will be provided if necessary. Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented way of working. Good organizational skills as well as a structured way of working. User knowledge in common Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Good German skills in speaking and writing. English skills are an advantage.
