Your role will consist of analyzing and verifying the compliance of client files. Tasks Initial compliance (KYC): Control the compliance and accuracy of client files (KYC profiles) according to current regulations and the bank's internal standards. Transaction analysis: Perform the analysis and monitoring of banking transactions in order to verify their consistency with the client profile and to detect any anomaly. Research and risk identification: Conduct in-depth investigations to identify any negative information or reputational risk related to clients. We are looking for Higher education ideally in Law or in Political Science, Economics, or Finance. Mastery of French Very good level of English, both spoken and written. Residence in Switzerland mandatory. It is meritorious if you possess First professional experience in a legal or compliance role. Marked interest in banking and regulatory compliance issues.
