With your commitment, you will create the prerequisites for effective, efficient, and future-oriented service delivery. Your new challenge as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as Head of Central Services (80 - 100 %) # Your tasks • Leadership and further development of the Central Services SDA area with responsibility for several specialist teams as well as the establishment and further development of a high-performance leadership and organizational structure. • Responsibility for the areas of Finance, ICT/specialist applications, Statistics & Reporting, Capacity Management, as well as Administration and Secretariat. • Advising and supporting the department management in strategic, organizational, and financial matters. • Preparation of decision-making bases as well as ensuring an effective reporting and key figure system. • Initiation and management of projects to optimize quality, efficiency, digitalization, and economic efficiency. • Leadership of the specialist staff as well as ensuring effective quality, risk, and compliance management. • Further development of processes, standards, and services with a focus on quality, customer orientation, and sustainability. • Management of complaint management and implementation of improvement measures. • Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation as well as supporting organizational and change projects. • Representation of the SDA Central Services in the SDA executive management as well as towards internal and external stakeholders. • Co-shaping the strategic development of the SDA and creating optimal framework conditions for effective service delivery. Your profile • University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) with business administration or comparable further training. • Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing employees and organizations. • Experience in the areas of Finance, Controlling, ICT, Project, Organizational, or Quality Management. • Experience in the development of governance, quality, or compliance structures. • Strategic and networked way of thinking paired with implementation strength. • Strong communication, advisory, and social competence. • High affinity for digitalization, data, and process optimization. • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. • Integrity, sense of responsibility, and high quality standards. • Confident appearance in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the SDA executive management, you will take on a central role in the development of the SDA. You will shape the organizational framework conditions for over 15 employees and apprentices in the Central Services and, through effective leadership and support structures, create the prerequisites for future-oriented service delivery.
