Technical, personnel and organizational leadership of the Cardiology department with the core focus themes: General Cardiology, heart failure, pacemaker implantations, cardiac imaging (CT, MRI) as well as outpatient rehabilitation
Ensuring a high-quality, evidence-based and economical cardiological care for the Unterland
Further development of the outpatient and inpatient service offering as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic processes
Promotion, coaching and development of the physician and medical staff as well as active participation in training and further education
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments of the hospital, participation in the on-call service of the Clinic Medicine as well as partnership-based networking with general practitioners, referrers and regional partners
Co-shaping the strategic further development of the Clinic Medicine and the cardiological care in the Unterland
