Job Description As a Tax Return Specialist for individuals, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of tax returns for a clientele of private individuals (including complex situations: self-employed, real estate, wealth, securities, etc.). You will analyze the documentation provided, identify possible tax optimizations, and ensure compliance with the legislation in force in the various Romandie cantons. You will answer client questions, prepare correspondence with tax administrations, and participate in the follow-up of taxation decisions and appeals. You will also contribute to the update of internal procedures and tax monitoring, in collaboration with the team. This is a part-time position, in a hybrid working mode: the role is based in Romandie, with part of the working time achievable from home. Qualifications Excellent mastery of taxation for individuals in French-speaking Switzerland, ideally complemented by an initial experience in a fiduciary or a tax consulting firm. Ability to analyze complex files (earned income, self-employed, buildings, securities, pension funds, particular family situations) Proficiency with standard IT tools and cantonal tax return software / specialized tax solutions. Rigor, sense of organization, and autonomy in portfolio management, with particular attention to confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; proficiency in German or English is an asset. Available immediately
