Senior Project Manager (w/m/d)

Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of complex civil engineering projects in the field of industrial construction and plant construction
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams across all SIA 31 – 53 project phases
• Control and assurance of quality, costs, budget and deadlines across all project phases
• Coordination with authorities, contractors and clients
• Review of technical concepts and details, static calculations as well as tender and execution documents
• Technical support regarding technical issues in all SIA phases
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of project teams
• Promotion and development of employees in subject-specific topics
• Mentoring team and further development of junior project managers (project management)
• Ensuring a collegial, performance-oriented working environment

Profile:

• Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH/FH/BSc/MSc) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in managing complex large-scale projects (in the field of civil engineering)
• Sound knowledge in the areas of works construction and road construction
• Sound specialist knowledge in Swiss standards and construction contract law
• Experience with BIM methods and digital planning tools (Dalux)
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Ability to motivate, promote and lead teams in an achievement-oriented manner
• Teamwork skills and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
• Strong leadership personality with a clear communication style and assertiveness
• High resilience, personal responsibility and structured way of working
• Negotiation skills and professional appearance towards customers and authorities
