Geriatric Nurse (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Geriatric Nurse (M/F) for a replacement- fixed-term contract 6 months between 80 % and 100 %.  Your future responsibilities: • You will conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a solid relational base with elderly people suffering from various psychological pathologies, using conversation techniques and other adapted therapeutic tools. • You will support residents in daily life activities, ensuring comfort care and performing somatic care such as dressings and other technical acts. • You will be comfortable managing crisis situations by providing immediate and adapted support during difficult phases for certain residents. • You will become a trusted partner to exchange with relatives and families, ensuring fluid and reassuring communication on the evolution of the resident. Your profile: • You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent diploma. • You have experience in psycho-geriatrics and are comfortable in the care of people suffering from psychological disorders. • You demonstrate calmness, rigor and empathy in the face of crisis situations and challenges related to mental health. • You have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring constant communication for quality support. • Your interpersonal skills allow you to create a relationship of trust with patients and their families.
