Job Description
Welcoming patients and visitors: hospital admission and emergency.
Managing telephone calls, messaging, Outlook calendars, mail, and parcels.
Managing patient complaints.
Cash management.
Performing and processing transport requests.
Various administrative tasks.
Having an ambassador role.
Qualifications
Possess experience in the field of reception, have an excellent presentation, as well as a sense of contact and teamwork.
Be a native French speaker with a good command of English, German would be an asset.
Versatility, flexibility, autonomy, organization, and precision.
Experience in the field of luxury hospitality would also be an asset.
