Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (50–100 %) Your area of activity In this versatile function, you will take over the professional care and support of our residents in the stationary area. You will orient yourself to the individual needs of the residents and to the applicable quality standards. Your main tasks include: -Ensuring professional and needs-based care -Accompaniment and support of residents in daily life -Participation in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures -Independent and complete management of care documentation -Taking over daily responsibility in the department -Support and accompaniment of learners during their training Your profile: -Completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, FASRK or as a nurse with SRK recognition -Professional experience in care, ideally in the area of long-term care -Independent, responsible and reliable working method -Teamwork and appreciative interaction with older people -Good knowledge of German in word and writing -Secure handling of common IT applications -Knowledge of the RAI system is an advantage Does this sound like an exciting challenge for you?
