For EMS Petit-Flon, an open structure of 77 beds, with a warm and family atmosphere, we are looking for an assistant in community nursing and healthcare at 40% for daytime activities only, with continuous schedules

Your mission within our teams:

• Ensure the implementation, as well as the supervision, of care delegated by the nursing team
• Accompany residents in daily life activities
• Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary work, notably through professional practice analyses led by our nursing managers
• Be proactive by actively participating in the improvement of care and support services and in the conceptualization of new projects

As an ASSC, you will also have the possibility to develop your skills through two axes, of your choice:

• On a clinical level: become a reference professional for families and loved ones
• On the level of team supervision regarding care: ensure the coordination of services and the development of the skills of health assistants

Your profile:

• CFC as an assistant in community nursing and healthcare
• Experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, or palliative care is an asset
• You appreciate interdisciplinary environments and contribute through your interpersonal skills to promote constructive exchanges
• Possessing a sense of organization and priority management, you know how to face varied situations and demonstrate mutual aid
• Ability to mobilize and empower, ability to give and receive feedback
• You are keen to enrich your skills, both clinical and transversal, in order to develop and meet the challenges of the healthcare field
