Our customer is an established Swiss private insurer with a focus on health and accident insurance for private individuals as well as companies; we are looking for a:

Your tasks: ##

• Examination, assessment and processing of simple inpatient and outpatient benefits, including invoices and cost approvals
• Administrative support of the benefits team, particularly in processing written inquiries from customers, service providers and external partners
• Telephone information and short consultations for customers, service providers, partners as well as other insurance companies
• Obtaining and assessing simple medical reports within the framework of benefits examination

Your profile: ##

• Commercial and/or medical training
• Professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in personal insurance
• Knowledge from the health insurance industry, especially in the inpatient benefits area, is an advantage
• An proactive, communicative and motivated personality
• Team spirit as well as a flexible and reliable way of working
• German as a native language; French language skills are an advantage
