Who we are Die Naturfreunde Schweiz NFS is a nationally active leisure and environmental association with nearly 100 local sections and around 12 000 members. Together with over 300 volunteers, these offer versatile activities in the areas of nature, environment, leisure, and tourism. As an umbrella organization, we offer services to our sections, publish the Naturfreund magazine, and organize courses and further training. Our sections also possess around 60 guest houses and hostels in Switzerland. Our office near the Bern train station consists of a team of five people. What you will do As part of a dedicated team, you are responsible for our website, the design of the magazine, and other IT and graphic tasks. Thanks to your broad expertise, you can develop the website in a targeted manner to offer visitors an optimal experience. You support our sections in their progressive digitalization and thus contribute to our activities. Thanks to your creative flair, you perfectly showcase our services. Your activities • Web • Administration and maintenance of our WordPress multi-site • Support for section and house managers • Development of new features and themes with HTML/CSS, PHP and JavaScript • Design and distribution of newsletters • Maintenance of service providers such as hosting, Google Ads, Google Analytics etc. • Graphic • Design of the Naturfreund magazine, which is published four times a year, in InDesign and communication with the printing company • Design and printing of all advertising products as well as digital graphics • Production of flyers together with the section and house managers • IT • Maintenance of the office IT infrastructure together with our external IT service provider • Support for the office employees & bsp; As needed: Assistance with events and other projects  e.g. Annual Delegates' Assembly, Naturfreunde conferences What you bring with you • Training as a Mediamatiker:in or comparable training, at least 3 years of professional experience • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and PHP, knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, knowledge of WordPress is an advantage • French and English language skills • Joy in design and in creative solutions • Independent, reliable way of working with high quality standards and own ideas • Interest in working in a national association with different partners (volunteers, other umbrella organizations, business partners, etc.) • Open, team-oriented personality with communicative skills What we offer • Collaboration in a small, motivated team with an appreciative culture • Versatile environment with short distances, in which you can help shape things • Varied activities in which you can contribute your skills and develop yourself • Contemporary working conditions and benefits (5 weeks vacation, office near the train station, possibility to work partially from home, flexible annual working hours, etc.) Interested?
